Terms of Service
Doge Party · last updated 23 August 2026
Doge Party is a free browser game made by Doge Pound. By playing it you agree to these terms. They are short because the game is simple.
What the game is
Doge Party is a collection of small multiplayer party games. The first is Doge Race, a random-winner boat race. Every race is decided at random. No skill, no input and no ownership affects who wins. It is a toy, not a competition, and there is nothing to win.
No money, no wagering
The game takes no payment, sells nothing, awards no prizes and holds no balances. Do not use it to gamble or to settle anything of value. If you use it to pick a winner among friends, that is your arrangement and your responsibility, not ours.
NFTs and characters
You can race characters from The Doge Pound and Doge Pound Puppies collections, and you can build your own from the collection's artwork. Building or racing a character does not give you any ownership of it and does not mint, transfer or represent any token. Characters you build are pictures made inside the game, nothing more. Entering a token number does not prove you own it and grants you nothing.
The artwork remains the property of its owners. You may share screenshots and clips of your races freely.
Fair use
Please do not try to break the game for other people in a Discord activity, redistribute it as your own, or use it to harass anyone. Names you type are shown to everyone else in the room, so do not type anything you would not say out loud there.
No warranty
The game is provided as-is. It may be unavailable, may lose your saved settings, and may change or stop existing at any time. It is hosted on IPFS through a public gateway that we do not control. To the extent the law allows, Doge Pound is not liable for any loss arising from using it.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes. Continuing to play means you accept the current version.
